We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from our website. If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 14 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging with all attached tickets. We will then credit your account with the sales value of the goods.
How do I make a return?
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.
- If you are not happy with your www.workwearfast.com goods please notify us by email or telephone and we will send you a returns form.
- We will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all tickets attached.
- On receipt of the goods returned we will refund you with the amount paid for the goods.
- If your item is returned by post we strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost or damaged in transit.
- We will only refund the return costs of postage/carriage (to a maximum of £5.95) where www.workwearfast.com deem the item to be faulty.

- If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
- If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required.
- All items that are exchanged will attract a new delivery charge at the current rate.
- Only replacement Items deemed faulty by www.workwearfast.com will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
- Refunds for items purchased as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser who will be notified accordingly
